Pentingnya Perencanaan Dalam Pemanfaatan Fasilitas PON – Perencanaan jangka panjang untuk memanfaatkan berbagai fasilitas yang telah dibangun dalam rangka penyelenggaraan Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON). Pernyataan ini disampaikan Safrizal di Hotel Hermes, Banda Aceh, pada Rabu (18/9/2024), menjelang penutupan PON XXI Aceh-Sumut yang akan berlangsung hingga 20 September.
Safrizal menegaskan bahwa infrastruktur olahraga yang dibangun selama PON merupakan aset berharga. Yang harus dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi dan pembangunan Aceh. Khususnya di sektor olahraga dan pariwisata. Salah satu langkah yang akan diambil adalah penunjukan badan pengelola yang akan fokus pada perawatan dan pengelolaan fasilitas tersebut, agar tidak terabaikan.
Kita akan berkumpul bersama seluruh pejabat dan pihak terkait untuk merencanakan pemanfaatan venue-venue ini. Terutama di Stadion Harapan Bangsa Lhong Raya yang menjadi pusat bagi sembilan cabang olahraga. Sangat penting untuk membentuk badan pengelola agar pengelolaannya lebih terarah,” ujar Safrizal.
Safrizal menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan venue PON yang efektif agar dapat terus dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai cabang olahraga dan memberikan manfaat maksimal bagi masyarakat Aceh. Dengan adanya pengelola yang bertanggung jawab, perawatan dan pengurusan venue akan dilakukan secara profesional dan terarah.
Jangan biarkan fasilitas-fasilitas ini terabaikan. Cabang-cabang olahraga nantinya akan memanfaatkan venue-venue ini semaksimal mungkin. Jadi kita perlu memastikan bahwa fasilitas ini selalu dalam kondisi baik dan terawat. Jelas Safrizal.
Dampak Positif Tersedia Fasilitas PON Terhadap Perekonomian Di Aceh
Selain dari segi infrastruktur, Safrizal juga menyoroti dampak positif PON terhadap perekonomian Aceh. Ia menjelaskan bahwa selama penyelenggaraan PON. Banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Aceh yang pada gilirannya memberikan efek berantai pada ekonomi lokal. Terutama di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM).
Dengan berkah PON ini wisatawan semakin ramai berkunjung ke Aceh. Dan ekonomi masyarakat terutama di sektor UMKM terus berkembang pesat. Situasi ini mencerminkan wajah Aceh yang sesungguhnya kondusif dan penuh berkah.” Tambahnya.
Safrizal juga tidak lupa mengapresiasi kerja keras semua pihak, termasuk TNI dan Polri. Yang telah berperan dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban selama PON. Ia menegaskan pentingnya menjaga kondisi kondusif ini agar semua aktivitas di Aceh dapat berlangsung dengan lancar.
